Late night Cardio

Have a film clip tomorrow morning, hoping to dry out a little bit.
Going to do some elliptical to warm up, then a little but of interval
training on the treadmill to get sweating fast. Need to get home and
sleep asap. Rest is probably as important as the workout tonight!

CARDIO

10 mins elliptical
20 Interval Treadmill (sprint, walk, sprint)

Sauna 10ish mins

Sleep 8hrs?
