Cardio w/ Glutamine & Taurine

Good morning! Hitting the gym for cardio. The usual routine of 15
elliptical minutes and 45 on the treadmill. No breakfast, I roll out
of bed and Into the gym sipping Glutamine powder, Taurine powder mixed
in water on the way to the gym and through my session to stave off
catabolism.
