IMPORTANCE
I was running on empty the other day and I had to get some cardio
in. I don't depend on supplements, and I don't say they are necessary,
however... They I firmly believe if you want the best results you need
to supplement.
Science has provided us with the research and products to take you
to another level, physically, mentally and when you combine those two
qualities properly it can motivate you in a spiritual way. I'm not
saying the gym, supplements and food = god, budha, Allah etc... But
the sense of spirituality is a result of hormones, mental activity and
state of mind. Diet, exercise and routine can take you to this level.
You see any man or woman in peak physical condition and ask them
about how they feel about their daily routine and 99% will give you
the same answers they would if they were describing religion. This is
why people need to get their lives in order via diet and exercise, it
is a perfect circle. The more consistent and perfect your routine
consisting of: every meal/supplement and it's timing, every exercise
and it's timing, the better your life will be EVERYDAY for the rest of
your life. YOU HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO REASON NOT TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE FOR
THE BETTER. Read that again. Can you argue with that? Honestly, you
don't see people on tv who look amazing promoting healthy living
solely for money, they know, I know you should be the greatest person
you can be everyday. It starts here, one day at a time.
