Work, cardio, work, sleep

Busy day today, I'm still feeling worn out. I think I may be getting
sick, for the first two days I worried it was over training, but my
diet is good and I didn't push myself past exhaustion but once this
week, so it's gotta be sickness right??

That being said I probably shouldn't use stimulants as a crutch to
soldier through cardio today... But I did! Bought a bottle of Redline
Extreme from VPX and drank the whole thing on a nearly empty
stomach... Update on the energy from that later.

Cardio:

5mins in sauna (it's cold and rainy out)

15 on elliptical

45(?) treadmill
