Quick session at the gym today.

SHOULDERS

Standing single arm reverse cable flyes 10x4

Cable upright rows 10x4

Standing dumbell front raises 10x4

TRAPS

Heavy standing barbell shrugs behind the back 10x4 holding the peak
contraction for the last 3 reps.

ABS

Ball pike, crunch, twists. 10x3

Kneeling cable machine crunches 10x4 holding the contracted posistion
for 2 seconds every rep.
