Legs

This morning I worked on legs. I dislike working legs, even more so
since learning how bad my form and posture was... It's amazing how
well the body compensates for weak muscles and injury. Over the years
you can ignore aches and pains untill you forget what normal feels like.

I was guitly of this myself due to a car accident where I was barely
hurt but began compensating by altering my walking to avoid pain.
Using the accident to avoid training legs made it very hard to
restart. Now that I'm back into it and learned from NASM about posture
and compensations I see that I have a long hard road back to normal.

Legs will be exercised to stabilize and and correct my form then
strengthened in time.

I wouldn't advise following my leg routines since they are tailored
more to my weaknesses. But here they are for this last session:

Warmup and light stretching in the sauna 7mins

Cage squats, perfect form all the way down and up nice and slow. 15x4

Seated leg press with heels only 20x3

Inner leg machine 20x4

Outer leg machine 20x4

Seated calf machine 20x4

ABS

Self supported hanging Knee raises - left / right 10x3

Sauna 10 mins with light stretching for 5 mins.
