Chest & Back

I had the opportunity to workout with a friend this morning. He's
getting back to the gym after 14 months off. Since he lifted before it
was nice having a partner familiar with exercises and weights.

Chest
Standing Cable Press 10x4 increasing weight

Machine decline press 10x4 increasing weight

Standing cable incline press 10x4 increasing weight

BACK

Pullups 50 total

Standing Cable Lat Pulldowns 10x4

Bent Cable rows 10x4 increasing weigh

ABS

Ball - Pike, crunch, twists 10x3

Hanging Knee Raises Left / Right 10x3
