Today's workout

My friend was late! Oh well, I'll try his routine another day...

My routine for legs today was:

Cage squats ( I need to correct my form and get used to the exercise
again. Lightweight, all the way down, perfect form nice and slow 10x4

Seated leg press, same as above. 10x4

Seated leg extension 10x4

Seated leg curl 10x4

Inner and outter thigh machine 20x4 each.

ABS

Ball pike, to crunch to left/right leg twists 10x3

Really good workout!
