More cardio

Had to work early this morning so I'm getting to the gym a bit later
than usual. I had some junk food at work ( kinda ate 5 doughnuts! ) so
I'm glad I brought my gym bag with me!

Same plan as yesterday, 15 min warmup on the elliptical and 45 on the
treadmill. I ended up doing about 4.6 miles yesteday, nothing too
crazy but consistent cardio creates results, not single marathon
sessions once every two weeks.

Since I had the junk food not long ago I don't really need the level
of supplementation I had for yesterday mornings cardio on an empty
stomach.
