First update in far too long! Today is cardio, I'm starting off on the
elliptical for 15 minutes just to warm up, then switching over to the
treadmill for 45 minutes.

Supplements:
ALRI Chain'd Out 1 scoop
Glutamine 3 grams
Taurine 1 gram
Powerade Zero 8oz
Water 8oz

Mixed and consumed before and during cardio.
